creamy shrimp ramen🍜

Spiced shrimp paired with creamy umami ramen. I saw this on my feed and knew I had to give it a try! The flavors are unique, but work so well together. Definitely give it a go!

Servings: 2 to 3

- 3 ramen noodles (without seasoning)

- 1/2 pound of shrimp, shelled and deveined

- Seasonings of choice

Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 2 to 3 garlic cloves

- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

- 1 tablespoon sriracha

- 1/4 cup light heavy cream

- 1/4 cup parmesan

- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Directions:

1. Start by boiling the noodles in water. Season shrimp to your liking. Cook until no longer pink.

2. In the same pan, add all the sauce ingredients, mix well, and let it simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.

3. Add cooked noodles back into the sauce. Mix well until completely coated.

4. Serve immediately with the shrimp and garnishing of your choice, enjoy!
