Day 62/75 of my #75hardchallenge
Some days I have 3 big meals with little snacks, & then other days I have more snacks bc I just feel like munching. I try not to think too much into the food. There was times I would really obsess over food. Like hadn’t even had breakfast yet and I’m trying to map out every single thing I’m going to eat until bed. Just to end up overeating. (This was days of binging) It’s best to go with the flow. Listen to your body. I have cravings and I feed them in moderation. If you’re extra hungry some days, listen. If you’re not don’t force yourself. Also try to think of your favorite fast foods and make them at home. You can still have the best of both worlds I think.
