HELP ‼️ BLOATED OR FAT?

i desperately need help figuring this out- is this stubborn stomach fat, bad bloating, or poor posture??

do yall have to actively think about 'tucking in' (not majorly sucking in but rather walking with proper posture) ur stomach? when i relax my stomach i find that it buldges out and my pants will instantly feel a lot tighter, i dont recall this happening when I was younger.

is it weight gain or another issue? 🥲

been trying to lose weight, the scale hasn't changed drastically but I feel like my stomach is bigger than before... the pics don't rly show how bad it is
