I finally completed the 75 Hard Challenge and boy was it challenging. It took a lot of discipline and mindset. There were some days that I just wanted to quit, but pushed through.

75 Hard Rules :

- Drink a gallon of water a day

- Two 45 min workouts a day (one indoor & one outdoor)

- No alcohol

- Pick a diet (i chose high protein)

- Read 15 pages of a non-fiction book a day

The easy parts for me were the indoor workout, diet and the no alcohol. I am already sober, so I wasn't drinking alcohol anyway, and I love getting a workout in every day so the one indoor a day it was easy, it was the outdoor one that was challenging. (especially in this Texas heat). I already eat pretty healthy because I am vegan so just trying to make better high-protein habits.

It did get challenging when I was traveling, because getting in an outdoor and indoor workout. Without access to gym was a little hard.

Some days the reading was easy and some days the reading was difficult. I am not a big reader but when I do reed I love self-help books, so I'll read a lot during this challenge.

I love trying new workouts, new classes, and finding friends that also love being active. Having people to work out with definitely helped on the days that I wasn't feeling super motivated.

I would definitely recommend trying to 75 hard!
