How to save money as to SAHM

I mentioned before I am working on minimizing my over consumption this year, & I want to make it a habit.

I have to stop buying things just because they look cute🤦🏻‍♀️😂

So this is what I’ve been doing to de-influence myself…

Instead of grabbing the item & immediately putting it in my cart, I stare at it for a while, and think of reasons I DON’T need it, instead of why I would need or want it.

If I still feel a strong urge of buying it, I take a picture of it or scan it in the app of whatever store I’m shopping at, save it & put it back on the shelf.

If the next day I’m still thinking about it (like dang I actually could have used that right about now) then I will purchase it online. (Only if I don’t have to pay for shipping🤣)

90% of the time I completely forget about whatever item it was. Which means I definitely did NOT need it.🤣
