Recipe:

2 granny smith apples (peeled & finely chopped)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup white sugar

1/3 cup water

1 tsp cinnamon & nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla

Cornstarch slurry (1/3 cup water & 1 tbsp cornstarch)

Filling:

Half (4oz) cream cheese

1/3 cup white sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Icing:

1 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden, let cool then drizzle icing on top
