Taco Casserole

Didn’t think this would turn out good,well what a welcome surprise 😍.

All you need is :

8 mini tortilla shells ( flour),

2 cups triple cheddar cheese

1lb Taco seasoned meat ( I used chicken. It could be beef or Turkey too )

3 chopped Green Peppers

2 small yellow Onions

1 can Black beans

1 can Enchilada Sauce ( makes a difference )
