Doritos Loco Taco Casserole

Ingredients & Instructions

*Puree half bag of Original Doritos

*3 Tbsp butter

*bake at 325 for 20 minutes

*dice up 1 onion & 1 bell pepper, 1 tbsp minced garlic and sauté

*pour the onion, garlic, and peppers on top of the baked Doritos

*sauté one 1 lb of ground beef with taco seasoning

*pour the cooked beef on top of the onions & peppers

*top with lots of Sharpe Cheddar

*bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes

Crema

1 Very Small Bunch Cilantro - 3 Tbsp

1 Tsp Minced Garlic

salt to taste

1 1/2 Limes juiced

1/3 Cup Sour Cream

1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
