CHINA BBQ EGGPLANT WITH AN AIRFRYER IN 20MINS!!!

Ingredients:

2 Eggplants

2 tbsp Garlic Oil

1 stalk spring Onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

1.5 tsp of Sugar

3/4 tbsp of Sesame Oil

1. Cut the top of the eggplant and air fry at 190C for 12 mins.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the sauce.

3. After 12 mins, cut the eggplant in the middle and open the eggplant.

4. Place on top of aluminium foil before putting it back in the airfryer. Pour on the sauce and air fry at 200C for 7 mins.

5. Top with spring onion, some crispy garlic and sesame seeds. Serve!
