Help! Are these bed bug bites?

Hi so these red bumps are already here for 2 days and then began to notice a few other bumps on my legs and I’m starting to suspect they’re bed bug bites.

The marks weren’t itchy yesterday when I discovered them but since I’ve woken up the next morning, they have started to feel only a little bit itchy but nothing that’s irritating.

The thing is I’ve checked my mattress but there are no signs of any bed bugs (at least any that I could find). I’m starting to get really paranoid since I also take the subway everyday to get to the office.

If these are really bed bug bites, what should I do? 😭😭😭
