bed bug bite???

HELPPP IM FREAKING OUT. i felt a small sting in that area and moved my bed cover. when i get up to see my leg I SAW THIS. I don’t know what bug did this to me. i have health anxiety and it doesn’t help that i have pets. could it be a flea or mite , mosquitos OR WORSE BED BUGS??😭 or maybe my cats bite?
