My 3 favorite things I do daily to ensure optimal wellness are:

1. VITAMINS - this way I know I am covering all of my bases: immunity, hormones, energy, etc.

2. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE - using the gua sha has become one of my favorite mindful wellness practices because I really use it as a time to go inward. To check in on how I’m feeling, what I have planned, and giving myself whatever I need in that moment while also draining lymphatic fluid to reduce puffiness in my face.

3. WATER - carrying my Stanley around with me has changed everything. It fits in the cup holder of my car and has a handle so the convenience factor has really made it so that I want to bring it along everywhere with me. Water helps flush toxins, increase energy, improve skin health, and improve digestion and detoxification. It’s also essential for cognitive function and I need my brain to be working at its prime throughout the day so that I can continue to show up and get things done 🕊️💪🏼
