Ingredients:
Lotus Biscoff Crush 80g
Butter 30g

Cream Cheese 250g
Icing Sugar/Sugar 40g
Whipping Cream 200g
Gelatin 8g
Lotus Biscoff Spread 60g

Let’s get started!
【6 Inch Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake】
1. Crushed the lotus biscoff biscuit into crust.
2. Melted butter using oven or hot water.
3. Mix the melted butter and Lotus Biscoff Biscuits Crumbs.
4. Flatten it firmly at the cake mold.
5. Pop the mold into the fridge.
6. Beat the room temperature cream cheese until softened.
7. Add icing sugar to mix until smooth.
8. Add gelatin and mix together.
9. Beat whipping cream.
10. Once it’s nice and smooth, add in the whipped cream and mix it up gently till it can hold on itself.
11. Add some biscuit crush
12. Set it in the chiller for 5-6 hours.
13. Melted Lotus Spread.
14. Pour on top of the cheesecake batter.
15. Smoothen the surface and decorate the biscoff cheesecake with your own creativity.
