HOMEMADE PINEAPPLE 🍍 TARTS

Recipe makes about 120 pineapple tarts!

Ingredients:

Dough

1) 350g cold butter

2) 120ml condensed milk

3) 510g all purpose flour

4) 2 egg yolks

5) 1 tea spoon salt

egg wash

1) 2 egg yolk

2) milk 2 tablespoon

Steps:

1) cream butter and condensed milk until fluffy

2) Add in one egg yolk at a time and cream it

3) Add in flour and salt

4) Mix!

5) Assemble pineapple tart however you like!

6) Bake at 160 degrees for about 13-15 minutes depending on thickness of pineapple tart
