I’m Cuban & Puerto Rican, of courseeee I love empanadas!! 🇨🇺🇵🇷

I filled mine with ground beef this time. you can also use chicken or any meat of choice. a cuban staple is guava & cheese for a sweeter alternative. honestly go crazy!

ingredients:

• Goya brand empanada discs (for baking & frying)

• ground beef (or meat of choice)

• seasonings for beef (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, Italian seasoning)
