Cycle of Grief: What is it?

One thing that I feel is not spoken about or taught enough is the cycle of grief. As we usually don't know what grief is the first time we experience it, it tends to bring us to destroy ourselves and whatever relationship we have with others.

Therefore, learning about it and understanding that it will pass is important to every human being.
