when your start feeling moist down there, few days before and after period, during workout, and when travelling.

Do’s and Don’ts?

Use it when you have vaginal discharge, but don’t use it on heavy mestrual cycle flow. Change you panty liner in 4 hours, and don’t use it overnight. Choose panty liner without frgrance, don’t wear the one with scented. Choose 100% organic cotton material! it will prevent irritation and itchiness on your vagina!
