Bottom Layer:

- 1 large organic egg

- 1/3 cup @equipfoods peanut butter protein powder (Code TINAEATS for discount)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 tbsp date syrup

- 1 cup organic almond flour

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 tsp baking powder

Top Layer:

- 1/3 cup jam of choice (I used mixed berry jelly) πŸ€—

πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³ Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, peanut butter, date syrup, and vanilla extract. Then add the almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until fully incorporated.

3. Spread the bottom layer mixture evenly in the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

4. Evenly spread the jam on top and drizzle additional peanut butter if desired. Chill in fridge to set.

5. Cut into bars and enjoy! Each bar has 7g of protein.
