🍏Fun fall items like apples, pumpkins + flowers for aesthetics + recipes!
☕️Starbucks Dirty Chai with Oatmilk, hot or iced.
🐢Spend time with your sweet pets outdoors for fresh air + bonding time.
🐶Foam roll + Stretch~ more important this time of year as cold weather can make your muscles tighter + more prone to injury.
🍂Decorate for Fall! I got these picture frames at a garage sale for $5 & then picked out some free fall stock photos to have printed at Walgreens. You can do this online EASILY, choosing the exact sizes you need + pick them up within an hour of your order!
🎃Homemade PSL (always better at home bc I don’t like super sweet drinks so I can adjust this!)
Bonus if you enjoy it outside ✨
☁️Get enough Sleep~ leaving your blinds cracked helps you to wake up with the sun + regulates your circadian rhythm (especially helpful with time changes coming up)
🫖Have a tea + read in the PM to wind down~ this is cozy & really helps get into the mood for fall + Halloween !
