The Blue Zone (diet + lifestyle)🩵

I’ve been fascinated by The Blue Zones since I read The Starch Solution earlier this year, focused on plant based & high carb living with references to the Blue Zones. The longest living, healthiest + happiest people! 🌿(the highest concentration of centenarians)⭐️

I realize some of this goes against modern understanding of what “health” means. But the proof is in the pudding.

Eating this way is how I feel my best as well.🎉

(Mind you, they consume very small portions of animal based products, still.) but the majority of their diet is plant based. 95%, and they are thriving.
