thoughts on Inside Out 2 💭

I was able to catch Inside Out 2 with my friends over this weekend!

Here are my thoughts of it 📝:

Watching the movie has brought me back while I was first entered secondary school, learning to dealing with uncertainties and my new found emotion such as anxiety😥 . I didn’t quite have it till I received my first unfiltered criticism from my secondary school teacher, suddenly remembering the fear of failing to meet expectations and being called up for lacking behind.

The philosophy behind the movie I feel that is more of learning to embrace the different facets of myself. I can be a kind and hardworking individual, but sometimes I can develop jealousy for not being able to accomplish/achieve certain things, and that’s okay! It doesn’t mean that when I have negative feelings towards others, it makes me a bad person.

Those are traits of who I am, so I should not dwell on how people perceive me, but more of how I perceive myself 🙂

I strongly recommend this movie to anyone who is facing a period of down-time (Consider watching this movie of your therapeutic activity!)
