Bic Mack Sliders

1 Lb Ground Beef

1/4 Lb Pork Chorizo

Salt - 1 1/2 Tsp

Pepper - 1 1/2 Tsp

Garlic Powder - 1 1/2 Tsp

American Cheese - 6 slices

Provolone - 6 slices

Dill Pickles - 2 1/2 Tbsp

Ketchup - 2 Tbsp

Mayo - 2 Tbsp

Mustard - 1 Tbsp

Butter - 1 Tbsp

Pack of Hawaiian Rolls

Onion (Medium) - 1 Diced

In a skillet saute beef, chorizo, and onion together until done. Then remove excess grease with paper towel. Then season with the seasonings and then add in condiments. Let cool slightly.

Cut Hawaiian Rolls in half with a knife and then with American Cheese cover the bottom layer of bread and then the meat mixture. Top with Provolone Cheese and then place top bun on meat and cheese.

Coat with Butter and then sesame seeds. I coated my bun with sesame seeds at the end because mine were already toasted.
