COPY CAT BIG MAC SLIDERS -

- 1 package of hawaiian rolls

- ground beef (2 pounds)

- american cheese (24 small slices)

- shredded lettuce

- butter

- sautéed white onion

BIG MAC SAUCE -

- 1 cup mayo

- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

- 1.5 Tablespoon yellow mustard

- 2 teaspoon white vinegar

- ½ teaspoon Paprika

- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

- ¼ teaspoon onion powder

- 3 Tablespoon ketchup

HOW TO:

- roll ground beef into 24 small balls. We used about 2 pounds of meat

- cook on a griddle and smash to make each burger thin. You will have two patties and two pieces of cheese for each slider. Once meat is cooked, add cheese and allow to melt.

- toast your buns with some butter and layer your sliders with sauce, patties, onions, lettuce, more sauce.
