Marinade

* 2 TBSP soy sauce

* 1 TBSP sesame oil

* 1 TSPN baking soda

* 1 egg white

Corn starch to coat (I didn’t measure it)

Sauce

•1 small red bell pepper

•1 small onion

•5 cloves minced garlic

* 2 tablespoon of brown sugar

* 1 tablespoon. Ketchup 2

* 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

* 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce 2

* 1 tablespoon. Rice vinegar.

* Half a teaspoon chili flakes

* 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
