For the Salmon:
• 1 salmon fillet
• tony chachere , onion powder , black pepper and paprika
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Blazin Glaze Taco Sauce:
• ¼ cup honey
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
• 3 cloves garlic, minced or chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
Light adobo & black pepper
Parsley
Chili flakes ( optional )
For the Tacos:
• 4 small tortillas (corn or flour)
• 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
shallot , diced
• Lime wedges, for serving
1. Prepare the Salmon:
Season the salmon fillets with tony chachere onion powder , black pepper, paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and flaky. Lightly chopped salmon and drizzle over the glaze sauce mixture.
2. blazin Glaze Sauce:
In a small mixing bowl, add honey, butter, sriracha, minced garlic, the seasonings from above , and lime juice. Microwave until the butter is melted, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly. Return the salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
3. Sauté the Veggies:
In another pan, sauté the bell peppers Cilantro, lime juice, and garlic
4. Assemble the Tacos:
Warm the tortillas on both sides. Fill each with a portion with ( cheese optional ) salmon, sautéed veggies , and top wity that blazing glaze sauce
4. Assemble the Tacos (continued):
• Warm the tortillas. Fill each with a portion of salmon, bell peppers, and a drizzle of the honey hot garlic sauce.
• Top with fresh cilantro.
5. Serve:
• Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of freshness
