Shrimp & Broccoli Stir Fry 馃崵馃ウ

Try this next week for an easy weeknight dinner and it win not disappoint! 馃い

馃懇馃徎鈥嶐煃矷NGREDIENTS:

2 lbs raw shrimp

1 tbsp sesame oil

Garlic salt to taste (about 1 tsp)

Onion powder to taste (about 1 tsp)

Red pepper flakes, to taste (about 1/2 tsp)

2 cups cooked rice

1/2 yellow onion, finely diced

12 oz broccoli florets, chopped

1-2 tsp ginger, minced

2 tsp garlic, minced

4 large eggs

Sauce:

1/2 cup coconut aminos

3 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

Sesame seeds, to taste

馃懇馃徎鈥嶐煃矷NSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce. Set aside.

2. Heat up a large wok over medium high heat with 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Add the shrimp. Season to taste. Cook & set aside on a plate.

3. Add another 1/2 tbsp sesame seed oil to the wok.

4. Saut茅 the rice, broccoli, garlic and onion. Move the rice towards the outside of your wok. Pour the 4 eggs in the divot you created. Cook until scrambled and then mix in with the stir fry.

5. Add shrimp back in & pour your sauce in. Enjoy!
