Low calorie lunch idea 💡

I made these fajita nachos, but instead of chips, I used peppers and it was soooo good! The ingredients and instructions are in the post so be sure to swipe until the end!

This one pan was enough to make five bowls for the week. The prep and cook only took me about 30 minutes so this is definitely perfect for a last-minute meal prep.
