Greek Yogurt Cinnamon Protein Donut Holes
These donut holes are only 50 cals each with 5 grams of protein. They are soooo easy to make and you only need a few, simple ingredients 🤗
👩🏻🍳INGREDIENTS:
1 cup organic all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp monk fruit
45 grams unflavored protein powder
3/4 cups organic plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For brushing:
1 tbsp melted grass fed butter or coconut oil
Cinnamon sugar coating: Mixture of monk fruit & cinnamon.
👩🏻🍳INSTRUCTIONS:
Whisk together dry ingredients then add in the wet. Place the dough onto a floured surface. Knead a few times and then divide into 16 pieces. Roll into balls. Brush with 1/2 tbsp butter. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F. Brush with remaining melted butter and coat in cinnamon “sugar” (monk fruit) coating.
