Ingredients
-12 dill pickles slices
-2 jalapeños sliced
-1/2 c ap flour
-2 tbsp cajun seasoning
-1 egg
-splash of milk
-1 cup cheetos crunchy
-1 cup panko
Dip
-1 cup greek yogurt
-2 tbsp ranch packet
-3 tbsp of buttermilk
-1 tbsp hot sauce
-garnish w thinly sliced jalapeños and cilantro
Steps
1. Mix all dip ingredients (except garnish) and place in fridge while frying.
1. After slicing jalapeños and pickles, pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Set out 3 bowls/ dishes for breading process.
3. In the first bowl, mix ap flour and cajun seasoning.
4. In the second bowl, mix egg and milk.
5. In the third bowl, mix cheetos and panko.
6. Dredge each piece of jalapeño and pickle in flour mixture, then fully coat in egg mixture, then fully coat in panko mixture.
7. Deep fry in a neutral oil with a high smoke point until golden brown. Fry just a few at a time so they cook evenly.
8. Once fried, place on paper towel to drain.
9. Garnish dip.
