• 1 tablespoon salt

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 420°F (215°C).

2. Use kitchen scissors to cut along both sides of the chicken’s spine to remove it.

3. Flip the chicken over and press down firmly to crack the rib cage and flatten the bird.

4. Season both sides of the chicken with 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon paprika.

5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 40-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
