Chopped cheese sliders

1lb ground beef

1/2 white or yellow onion(diced)

SPG

Worcestershire sauce(1 TBSP)

9 slices Kraft singles

1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls

4 Tbsp melted butter

Sear Ground Beef on each side on griddle or in pan before chopping up. If cooking in a pan I like to add the onion first so it can begin to cook down and soften. Add a little bacon grease or oil before cooking. Mix those together and season with SPG as well as Worcestershire. Top with 4 slices cheese and mix in once melted. Hollow out the top of Hawaiian rolls and brush with melted butter. Place under broiler on low for a couple minutes to get toasty. Fill rolls with GB/onion mixture. Top with cheese slices and under broiler again until cheese is melted. Enjoy! #baconuppartner #foodoflemon8
