Chopped cheese 🧀 has always been a favorite of mine especially since having it on the east coast but living in the Midwest, there are NO quality places I get it 😢. So I have learned how to make them myself and they are soooooo good! There is NEVER 👎🏾 any leftovers 🤣

- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 8 slices American cheese

- 8 slider buns

- 1 tomato, sliced

- Lettuce leaves

- Pickles (optional)

- Ketchup and mayo, for serving

1. **Prep the Beef**: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until they’re soft and translucent.
