Pumpkin Bread

Inspired by Morgan Peterson on tiktok 🫶 She shared her mom’s famous pumpkin bread recipe last week and I KNEW I wanted to try to make it allergy friendly - which was actually pretty easy. I just swapped the flour for gluten free all purpose flour and the eggs for flax eggs. It’s genuinely the BEST pumpkin bread I’ve ever had AND it’s pretty low calorie 🙌🏼
