I’m not going to lie, turning 30 was a tough pill for me to swallow and there are definitely things I’ve switched up in my routine and PRIORITIZE heavily in this new decade!

2: nurturing healthy relationships in my life & learning to let go of the toxic relationships

3: connecting with nature and spending more time outside ~ This is not only great for your physical health, but great for your mental health

4: join a running club or a new workout class ~ This is not only so good for your physical health, but we all know making friends in your 30s is not the easiest, this is also a great way to meet new people and create new friendships

5: prioritizing good, quality sleep ~ aim for 7-9 hours of good quality sleep each night. This is key to overall well being, better gut health, skin, hair, nails and so much more!

6: establish a good skincare routine ~ find products that work for your skin type to help preserve, healthy, youthful and glowing skin! don’t forget SPF everyday!
