🌟sharing with you some of my top fav youtube channel when i’m not using classpass as class credits have been going up :(
1️⃣ Well + Good👍🏽
my top favourite because it has so many types of exercises & you can find what suits you best!
- they invite different fitness instructors each month to share various workouts from shadow boxing to
yoga & stretches for your back which i find cool & you don’t get bored seeing the same face all the time & you also get healthy recipes! 💯
2️⃣ Move With Nicole
I lovseee Nicole, i’ve found her channel late last year and have been doing her workouts for awhile
now as i’ve stopped going to pilates classes as it’s pretty pricey & her workouts BURN🔥 ,
- not only does Nicole do pilates but also yoga & hiit with no equipment workouts, (great for people who don’t have any at home!)🌟
3️⃣ Pamela Reif
who doesn’t know Pamela…i have a love hate rs with her workouts & let’s be honest, she kills everytime & idk how she still looks sooo good even after a HIIT like 💀
- i’ve done her ab workouts for the longest time now & youd definitely feel the pain!
- offers mainly HIIT, abs, booty, arms stretches, sometimes pilates BUT i love her dance workouts, mainly because it’s so fun & it doesn’t feel like your working out! 💃🏽 (her longest workout is only 20mins 😔) BUT great for people who don’t have time to workout!
4️⃣ Heather Robertson
when i have time i love doing Heather’s workouts!
LOVE HER SM & ALSO HATE HER
- imagine Pamela Reif but longer workouts & with weights 😔✋🏽 you’d definitely love the burn, i always enjoy her kickboxing & full body workouts because they’re mostly no repeats so you won’t do the same thing twice! and she’s just amazing honestly⭐️⭐️⭐️
5️⃣ Mary Braun
another fav especially for abs, i’ve don’t alexis ren’s ab workout since i was 18 & Mary Braun’s an workouts are a higher level!
- a go-to when i wanna squeeze in a workout quick!
she posts quick workouts (5-20 min range) often from full body, specific muscle groups, stretches & pilates!
6️⃣ Yoga with Adriene & Sjana Elise
my 2 yoga favs!!!❤️
both are great for beginners and intermediate
(note: sjana doesn’t really post often)
i love doing yoga at least once a week to slow down & take a break from all the full body — hiit workouts!
also the best when it comes to cycle month when i don’t feel like doing something heavy & get a slow flow in!
