for context, i wanted to touch up my extensions touch up my roots/ do balayage for my base hair (not the extensions) this salon claims they can do the color and extensions for me BUT this is my horror story

(this was not quoted at the start when i asked for the price, i even asked if there will be additional charges if thereβs tangles bc my previous salon did include such charges. she confirmed no and quoted me $300++ SGD for all the services included)

it started falling out of my head within 5 days and i only washed my hair TWICE within that 5 days lol, it was supp to last 1.5-2 months and even so, not supposed to FALL out???

it was 8pm (their closing time), i came at 1pm. they have only attached 50-60% of my hair extensions that i came with & asked if i didnβt need ALL extension hair re-attached π€― means they only wanted half my head filled I DONT GET IT πππ u couldβve told me to come back the next day or smth β¦.. but anw they managed to complete it w additional help by 9pm π

i clearly asked for a balayage w many reference pics shown but look at the result for yourself π₯² iβm SCREAMING they didnβt even tone it down!!

anw the only reason why i visited this salon in the first place is bc my prev salon was fully booked during my visit and i wanted to try a new placeπ but NEVER again i am traumatised β°οΈ
on the brighter side i managed to minimize my damages in terms of cost by having the best exchange rates from @YouTrip SG β¦ it would cost closer to $600 if i used any other payment methods but it costed low $500++ w youtrip π€ i guess a win is a win π₯² rmb to use SERENA5 upon signup for free $5 credits anw π
