SOONSIKI is a professional salon with branches conveniently in hongdae, that provides haircut for just $33? 💇🏻‍♀️ i've personally been here twice & thoroughly impressed on both occasions! here's my experience & tips to this salon!

🫶🏻 the session usually starts with a consultation where you can tell the stylist what you want & what you're looking for! you can also ask them for recommendations & they will discuss a style that best suits you based on your requirements. do try to have something in mind beforehand as it would help greatly!

💆🏻‍♀️ they will then lead you to get your hair washed & massaged (yes included in the $33!!) by an assistant, before you are brought to the stylist chair to get started! they serve complimentary snacks and drinks too, feel free to request for them if they forgot to serve as they can get pretty busy! payment is made at the end of the session where they would confirm that you like the style & service!

💸 i personally feel that their haircut & dyeing pricing are the most affordable, but their perm & other services can be a bit more pricey! haircut at the "P" level is more than satisfactory for me, but you can book a higher rank stylist if you prefer / have a more complicated style!

🔖 all their stylists are under their "following" list on their IG page, where you can view the pages of each stylist on their profiles that best suit what you're looking for! they usually have their appointment booking link on their IG bio, but you can book an appointment with your preferred stylist via IG dm if their booking page is confusing to navigate!

✂️ i personally recommend @soonsiki_eseol, as she's great with female hair & fringe! i asked her a ton of questions about styling and upkeeping my hair & she gave me all the information patiently!

⭐️ do note!! they have 3 different branches scattered in hongdae area, & each stylist are stationed at one branch! do check the branch that you have booked for, & head over to that branch during your appointment timing!
