【Chicken Tandoori 】🔥🔥🔥

印度坦都里烤鸡

🍗Marinade:

~ 3 whole chicken legs (skin off)

~ 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

~ 5 garlic cloves (grated)

~ 1 thumb-sized ginger (grated)

~ 1 ½ tbsp yellow mustard/dijon mustard

~ 1 or 2 tbsp red chili powder/ Kashmiri chili powder

~ 1 ½ tbsp garam masala

~ 2 tsp salt

~ 2 tbsp vegetable oil

~ Lemon or lime

🥗Salad:

~ Cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, coriander, lime juice, salt & pepper

👩🏻‍🍳Instructions:

1)Cut slits in the chicken.

2)Mix all marinade ingredients and coat the chicken.

3)Marinate for 4 hours or overnight.

4)Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway and baste with melted butter, bake for 10 minutes for extra crispiness.

5)Toss the salad ingredients with lime juice, salt and pepper.
