Cooking MALA at home is soooo easy😋

Throw back to the times when I was back in perth and craving for mala!!

Going out to buy it was not an option as U couldnt leave my house since I had covid🥲 So we bought this basic stir fry sauce and cooked mala at my place!

Ingredients needed are really whatever you want to eat in your mala or items that you already have in your fridge!

If I rmb correctly the ingredients we used were:

- sweet potato rice cakes

- german sausage

- chinese wonton

- lobster balls

- enoki mushroom

- oyster mushroom

- frozen veg

- spam

- instant noods

Honestly, this is one of the best mala i’ve eaten. Beats all the mala that you can buy outside and is less oily as well since we didn’t use any oil to cook the mala..
