Hii, lemoners!! Good day. 🍋

This is one of the meals that I enjoy making and it takes less than 1 hour to make!! Yes, you heard it right. It's that simple!!

Here's the simple recipe for my Pan-seared chicken breast topped with parmesan cheese with boiled broccoli and an egg on the side. 🍗🥔🥦🥚

✨ Recipe ✨

Main Ingredients:

- Chicken breast

- 1 big size potato/2-3 small potatoes

- 1/4 broccoli

- 1 egg

- Paprika powder

- Black pepper powder

- Salt to taste

- Butter

- Milk

- Parmesan cheese for garnish

1. Chicken breast

- Marination: Mix paprika powder, black pepper and salt to taste with the chicken and marinate it for 10 - 15mins.

- Preparation: Add 1 tbsp of butter to a pan and cook the marinated chicken. Garnish it with a little bit of parmesan cheese.

2. Mashed potatoes

- Wash, peel and boil the potatoes in water added with salt until it is cooked.

- Once cooked, strain it and mash them with fork/masher.

- Add 1tsp of butter & a little bit of milk(not too much) and mash it again until fluffy.

- Add salt if needed

3. Broccoli & egg

- Wash & cut the broccoli into medium size and boil it for 5-6 mins. Add salt to taste.

- You can boil the egg together with the broccoli to save time 😜 (But make sure to wash the outer part of the egg properly before boiling together)

4. Assemble all the items on a plate and it's ready to be served.

Prep time: 10-15 mins

Cooking time: 20-30 mins
