Traditional Mee Hoon Kuey

This is my favourite childhood dish. When I was little, my grandmother will cook this as supper for my grandfather. When that is when I watch how she cook. In this video, i replicate the way she cook in a big wok with all the ingredients. For the dough, this is the first time I am measuring the flour and water. Usually is by feel as this is what my mum taught me. We use hand to to knead and feel the texture of the dough to decide if we need more water or more flour. Sesame oil is her secret recipe which can be omit.
