My toddler’s lunch | before & after

My 19 month old, Charlie, loves to eat and she has only recently started to say no to certain foods.

For the most part though she does eat just about anything I put in front of her but I have had to start getting creative on perhaps how I serve different veggies. I love to make easy pancakes that hide veggies too that I can share another time.

But for today, she got some of her favorites!! 😍

I tend to go fruit heavy on breakfasts and lunches and then veggie heavy for dinners for all of my kids. They are always down for all the fruit, not always all the veggies, but we are still working on that with my older kids.

Today Charlie devoured some turkey breasts, peaches, raspberries (that she likes to pop on her finger tips and eat them that way 🤣), and some cucumbers.

The after photo that you can see if you swipe over was just her first plate, she asked for seconds!!
