Picky toddler? SAME! Let’s make lunch!

My son is going through a huuuuge picky phase right now. He ate peanut butter toast for breakfast and then asked to have that for lunch. I didn’t want to serve him the same thing so I decided to try a sandwich but make it fun and hopefully he will eat it. So let’s make pb & j roll ups!

these are so simple to make. just flatten a piece of bread, cut off the crust, add peanut butter and jelly, roll, and cut into pieces with a bread knife. I added toothpicks to each piece to make it fun and served with applesauce and a piece of cheese.

if your toddler is going through a picky phase & isn’t eating a variety of foods, change up how it’s served and they might surprise you with what they decide to try!
