This set of workout is perfect for fat burning and you can do it anytime anywhere.

Do 3 rounds of these exercises for 20-35seconds each (depending on your fitness level) and rest 10 seconds in between.

1. Half Burpees

2. Mountain Climb

3. Jump Squat

4. Jumping Jack

5. Plank Jack

6. Squat & Side Crunch

7. Squat with Overhead Press

8. High knee

You may make it more beginner friendly by slowing down the speed (but the effect of the workout will be reduced since the heart rate doesn’t spike up too much in a short period of time)

What exactly is HIIT?

HIIT is a type of interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Why is HIIT so good?

HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise in a shorter amount of time. These benefits include decreases in body fat, heart rate, and blood pressure. HIIT may also help lower blood sugar and improve insulin sensitivity.

For how long should you do ?

Most good HIIT workouts last no longer than 20 to 30 minutes. Why? Because this encourages you to go as hard as you absolutely can the entire way through. If you end your 30-minute HIIT session feeling like you could go another round, you're likely not pushing hard enough.
