How often to wash your hair ✨🪩

1-2x a week is the goal! Here’s some steps to get there —

✨ Start by washing every other day for 1 month

✨ then in following months, add in a day where you don’t wash your hair (ex. Every 2 days then wash, another month = every 3 days then wash, another month = every 4 days then wash, etc)

✨ Braid your hair at night to help with oil production!
