I found it on TikTok years ago and still make it frequently when I’m in a pinch!! Even though it’s simple it’s still delicious!

- Makes about 3 servings

- Do not drain the potatoes or add water, the water used to preserve them is just enough to hydrate the condensed soup!

- What I added as extras aren’t required, it still works out fine with just the three ingredients!
