This is the yummiest & most nourishing homemade soup for the girlies looking for easy gut healing recipes!
Ingredients ๐๐ผ
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large carrots, peeled and diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 tablespoons onion powder
ยฝ teaspoon dried thyme
8 cups chicken bone Broth
1 12-ounce box gluten-free pasta
1 tablespoon lemon juice salt and pepper, to taste
You can also sub out the bone broth for stock if needed.
Directions๐๐ผ
Add the olive oil to a large pot over medium heat. Add the diced carrots & celery, stir occasionally until tender, cooking about 5 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic. cook about 1 minute.
Add the diced chicken pieces, onion powder, & dried thyme to the pot.
Cook for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
Pour in bone broth. bring to boil. stir occasionally.
Add the gluten-free pasta. reduce heat to a low boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in the lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste. allow to cool for 5-10 to 10 minutes.
