Easy Healthy Creamy Tomato Soup 🍅😋

Ingredients:

- 5 Tomatos 🍅

- 2 Onions 🧅

- 1 Red Bell Pepper

- 4-5 Garlic Cloves 🧄

- 1c Vegetable Broth 🍲

- 1/2c Heaven Cream🥛

- 1+1/2c Grated Parmesan Cheese 🧀

- Black Pepper 🧂

- Italian Seasoning 🇮🇹

Cut your veggies into large chunks and season to your liking in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30-40 min at 425F (veggies should appear slightly charred)

Blend your veggies with the broth until there are no remaining chunks

Once blended, heat your soup in a pot over medium heat and mix in your heavy cream

Gradually add in your Parmesan cheese, stirring well so the cheese melts into the soup

(Best served with toasted bread or grilled cheese)

Tips:

-You can add any seasonings to your liking

-Freshly grated Parmesan will mix in better
