I literately could never grow my hair. It’s been years. I’ve always struggled with spacing in my hair and split ends. But I can now confidently say, that my hair has grown tremendously. It is super obvious as seen in this post.

I started off with 2 capsules every other day, then gradually went up to 4 capsules a day. The recommended dose is take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily. So I thinks it’s supposed to be 6 a day🤓

The capsules are sometimes too large for my liking and uncomfortable to swallow. So I began to open the capsules and pour them into my smoothies. That was just my personal choice since they’re going to dissolve in my stomach anyway. They would alter the taste of the drink tremendously. So beware 😆

This specific brand caused me to smell like maple syrup. My underarm sweat, my burps, and I heard others say their 🐱. So good luck. But I think it’s a positive thing. Other brands in my opinion smell more like curry. 🍛😬
