Salmon Caesar Salad

Once you make this caesar dressing you’ll never buy store bought again. It’s super easy and so good!

If you’re freaked out by the anchovy paste, don’t be. You can’t taste fish and it really pulls everything together.

• 1 C mayonnaise- I like Dukes or Hellman’s

• 2-3 garlic cloves depending on size - minced

• 2 tbs lemon juice - usefresh squeezed!

• 1 tsp worcestershire

• 1 tsp dijon mustard

• 1 tsp anchovy paste

• 1/2 C parmigiano reggiano - grate it fresh, it makes a difference

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp pepper

Whisk garlic, lemon juice, worcestershire, anchovy paste, and dijon in a medium bowl

Add mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper. Whisk until combined

For the salmon, melt 2 tbs butter and brush it on the salmon. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and cook it on your stove top. Put it over your Caesar salad and enjoy!
